rilex77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Financial terms that apply to all members:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM50.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes after approval.

Welcome Bonus: rilex77 offers a first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → Balance RM2,800 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000

General rules regarding bonuses on rilex77:

• Only one active bonus is permitted at any one time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash before the wagering requirements are met.
• rilex77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

rilex77 reserves the right to take appropriate action including temporarily suspending or permanently closing an account if any of the above rules are violated.

rilex77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time if:

• The member violates any part of these Terms and Conditions.

• A relevant authority issues a directive to restrict the account.
• The account has been inactive for a period that exceeds the platform's inactivity policy.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, any eligible balance in the account will be returned once all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

rilex77 provides this service "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rilex77 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of gambling or betting decisions.
